Welcome to my canvas! For over 25 years, I've had the pleasure of turning my passion for makeup artistry into a career filled with creativity, incredible people, and unforgettable experiences. From television and film sets to commercial productions, editorial shoots, weddings, and special occasions, no two days in my makeup chair are ever quite the same. And that's part of what I love most about what I do!

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with everyone from familiar faces and industry professionals to corporate executives, professional athletes, brides, and everyday individuals who simply want to look and feel their best. Regardless of who's sitting in my chair, my approach remains the same: enhancing natural beauty, building confidence, and creating a personalized experience.

I believe makeup should complement who you are, not disguise it. Whether we're preparing for the camera or celebrating one of life's special moments, my goal is always to bring out the very best version of you.

I'm based in Morrisville, North Carolina, where I welcome private clients to my studio and provide on-location makeup artistry, light hair styling and wardrobe assistance throughout the Raleigh-Durham area and beyond.

FUN Q & A with Ashley!

Q: How did your love for makeup artistry begin? I've been an artist for as long as I can remember! My parents always said I held a pencil correctly from the moment I picked one up. I was constantly drawing, creating, and eventually getting into my mom's makeup drawer. Before long, I was doing makeup on my friends, and at just 15, I landed my first job in cosmetics. I guess you could say I've never looked back!

Q: Describe yourself briefly: I'm genuine, creative, outgoing, and definitely a people person! I love connecting with others, and I think that's a big part of why I've always loved what I do. Outside of makeup, my passions include music, cooking, creative writing, planning, and traveling. Above all, I'm a devoted wife, mom, and friend.

Q: What do you love about working on set? The people, the creativity, and the collaboration! I love working alongside the talent, clients, agencies, and crew to bring a vision to life. Over the years, so many familiar faces have become like family, which makes every reunion on set that much more special. And I love the variety! Every production brings something different, and that's what keeps it fun and exciting.

Q: What’s your favorite part of being a makeup artist? Without a doubt, the people! I love getting to know who's sitting in my chair, hearing their stories, and making them feel comfortable and confident. Whether it's someone's first professional makeup experience or they're preparing to step in front of the camera, there's nothing better than seeing them light up when they look in the mirror.
